Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation or address correction, contact info@trevnexa.com as soon as possible and include the order number. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but orders cannot be changed or canceled after they enter fulfillment or ship.

If a cancellation is accepted, any captured payment will be returned to the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, follow the Returns & Refunds policy after delivery.
